Bookings for our Christmas breaks require a £100 deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Stay with us…for Christmas!

Arrive on Christmas Eve at 1.30pm and enjoy our Nutcracker-themed festive afternoon tea with Champagne before checking into your room ready for your Christmas stay!

Wake up on Christmas morning with gifts delivered to your door and head into the most beautifully-decorated House in Norwich for a delicious freshly-cooked breakfast, or have it delivered to your luxurious room if you’d rather enjoy breakfast in bed! Of course, you’ll be greeted with a glass of fizz to kickstart the celebrations!

Breakfast is served on Christmas Day from 8.30am to 10am

Relax in your room for the morning or take a leisurely walk through our beautifully-decorated city before your head to our stunning dining rooms for Christmas Day lunch.

After the House closes at 5pm on Christmas Day, we will leave you to enjoy a hamper of local treats to include a local cheese board, charcuterie plate, Christmas cake, mince pies in the comfort of your room, at your leisure before you walk up for a Boxing Day breakfast feast before departing for home.

Breakfast is served on Boxing Day from 8.30am to 10am

Please note the House closes on Boxing Day at 11am.

Prices from £895 per couple sharing a room. Add an additional night on December 23 from as little as £150 per room.

A £250 per room deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The full balance is due by no later than Friday November 15. Should you need to cancel your booking after his time, we will make every effort to re-sell your room. If we are unable to do this, all monies will be retained.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Restaurant A maximum of 10 people for festive afternoon tea in the restaurant. Private rooms available or larger groups. Bookings can be made for this and our other restaurant menu at www.assemblyhousenorwich.co.uk or by calling 01603 626402.

Private Dining Minimum numbers for individual rooms apply. A provisional booking for a private room can be held for a maximum of 14 days, after which time we require a £250 deposit and a signed event contract to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The estimated final invoice will be issued one month prior to the event and is payable in full two weeks prior to the event date. The balance of any other charges will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within seven days of the invoice date. Igloo require a deposit at the time of booking.

Christmas Day A £40 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The full balance is due by no later than Friday 24th November. Should you need to cancel your booking after this time, we will make every effort to re sell your table. If we are unable to do this, all monies will be retained.

Christmas events Full payment is to be made at the time of booking. Visit our website to book all these events or call us on 01603 626402. Bookings for these events are non-transferable and non-refundable.

This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable The full balance is due by no later than Friday 24th November. Should you need to cancel your booking after this time, we will make every effort to re-sell your table. If we are unable to do this, all monies will be retained.

The Assembly House reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, power outages, health and safety concerns, equipment failures, Government regulations, natural disasters and technical errors. The Assembly House management also reserves the right to relocate, refuse, cancel or close a booking as they deem appropriate. In the rare event this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative solution or offer a full refund.
