David Clayton's Pudding Parade

The Parade of Pudding is a celebration of everything that is NOT an insipid 'dessert' or a bland and dull 'sweet'.

A proper pudding, with lashings of custard, is the ONLY way to round off a meal! David has made radio programmes about puddings and written about them too. Each pudding will be given the pomp and ceremony they deserve as they are paraded in front of you on their way to the pudding buffet! Try dish-after-dish of your favourites, the only rule - a clean bowl before you return. We must do all we can to preserve and celebrate this fine British tradition!
