Step into the magical world of A Christmas Carol at The Assembly House with an atmospheric narration of Charles Dickens’ classic Christmas tale accompanied by an enchanting vocal quartet woven around a three-course festive menu!

Join us in the magical Noverre Ballroom, adorned with twinkling lights and festive cheer, for an unforgettable evening of wonder and Christmas joy on December 18 from 6.30pm.

Arrive for a glass of mulled wine and canapes of cheese straws, venison sausage or squashage rolls and potted Stilton as you take your seat at communal tables for an immersive night of entertainment.

In between courses, you will hear the timeless tale of Scrooge's transformation as he embarks on a journey guided by the ghosts of Christmases Past, Present, and Future.

Acclaimed performers Minty Spectre will bring their original adaptation of a classic tale to life at The Assembly House as our team serve you a delicious three-course feast.

Be captivated by characterful narration and enchanting live singing from a four-piece vocal group which will weave its way through the heart-warming story: from the wise counsel of Marley to the joyous memories of Fezziwig, experience the magic of Dickens' beloved characters like never before.

The event, including performance and dining time, is approximately three hours in length and includes welcome drinks as carols are sung and then three 30-minute performances of the Christmas Carol narration before each course. Not to be missed!
