Classic French Country Cuisine Supper Club

Mesdames, Messieurs, there will be a distinctly French-themed flavour to our Pop-Up Supper Club at The Assembly House on Thursday March 20!

In addition to a menu packed with full-bodied flavours such as French Onion Soup with Comté crouton, Cassoulet of Toulouse Sausage, confit duck and pork belly with white beans, Coq au Vin, Normandy Pork, cider, apples, grain mustard and double cream you’ll also enjoy the desserts that embody this wonderful country: Rhum Baba with crème Chantilly, profiteroles with salted caramel and hot chocolate sauce, poached pears in red wine and madeleines. Quel menu, quelle soirée! (And they said French GCSE would never come in handy). Every month, we create a line-up of fabulous themed food served on communal tables in our gorgeous Music Room where you share a feast and a good time while we bring out dish after dish of food.

Our kitchen is a place where nuts and ingredients linked to allergens and auto-immune diseases are present and airborne at all times. We cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination, as there will always be an airborne cross-contamination issue when food is prepared in and served from an area where these ingredients are used daily.
