Complimentary parking in our car park located on Chantry Road is included for overnight guests if it is available at your arrival. Simply collect a parking permit from our reception desk to display in your windscreen. The pass is valid from 3pm on your day of arrival until 11.30am on your day of departure. We cannot reimburse parking charges from other car parks.

Breakfast is included in your room rate. Breakfast is served in our Front Room from 7.30am - 9.30am and 8.00am - 10.00am on Sundays.

We take payment in full for your room at the time of booking.

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible by emailing admin@assemblyhousenorwich.co.uk or calling the hotel direct on 01603 626402. In the event of a cancellation, if more than seven days prior to 12 noon of the day of arrival, any paid monies will be fully refundable. If cancellation is less than seven days before 12 noon of the day of arrival, 100% of the room rates for your full booking will be retained.

No-show guests will have the full amount of their booking charge retained. If we are asked to post online to try to resell a room, we charge a £35 administration fee for doing so which will be taken from your monies.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

We have detailed room guides in each bedroom with lots of ideas about what to do while you are in Norwich and Norfolk.

Breakfast and Afternoon Tea can be served to your room for a small tray charge.

Please note:

* All our bedrooms are on either wing of The Assembly House and involve a short walk (from 30 seconds to one minute) from check-in or to breakfast the next morning

* The Assembly House is not open in the evenings and there is no communal bar or lounge area for guests

* Please check individual room guides to see what floor a room is on and for accessibility information

* The Assembly House restaurant is closed in the evenings other than for functions

* The Assembly House will not pay for guest parking at other car parks and cannot guarantee you a space
