Room Three is a very flexible ground floor double room with a large 6ft bed which can be made up as a double or twin room. Fully-accessible for disabled use, there's a lovely large bathroom, your own private courtyard and parking nearby.

This is our easiest-to-access room which is in the very middle of Norwich, next-door to the city's most popular sights, restaurants and shops! Open the front door into your private courtyard, open the gate and you're in the heart of the city!

Boasting our standard five-star luxury, room three is perfect for guests who don't want to climb any stairs and want brilliant accessibility (see also: room four). This room is fully-accessible if you need to use a wheelchair or have mobility issues and there's a chair in the drench shower.

Please note: once you check in at reception, there is a one minute walk outside to reach this accommodation area, staff will show you to your room.

Check in is from 3pm on your day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of your departure. If you require a late check-out, please contact a member of staff who will try to arrange this for you for a small supplement.

We charge an extra £25 per person, per night, for more than two guests in a bedroom. This covers breakfast, the extra bedding and towels and so forth. Please contact 01603 626402 if you would like to add additional guests.
